Definitely NOT good quality produce. Just got these Brussel sprouts today, looked good on the outside… cooked them, and they’re ALL moldy inside.

Called the store and the manager brushed it off… seemed like this was a re-occurring complaint that they get a lot… very strange. Yeah, never again🤮 I’ll be returning all my produce tomorrow.

I try to avoid going here now. Too many expired products on the shelves. I've come home with a couple things that went bad before expiry as well.

I realize I can return these, but it's not about the $5 to $10. It's just inconvenient to not know if you can plan to cook with the groceries you buy.

For the prices that are charged here, I expect better.

Store is very close to where I live which makes it very convenient. I find their meat department excellent. My biggest complaint is the management does not seem to care if the prices on the shelf are correct even after having it brought to their attention. I have gone back in days later and the price still isn't corrected. It makes me think they hope you won't notice being overcharged.

We have loved the quality of produce and the choice of foods we get at Zehrs. It is a clean store and shelves well organized. However today we had the worst experience with pork chops. We got home after 1 hour shopping to have our cooler "stink" on opening it. Our meat is kept on freezer packs until we get home (usually an hour) but these were rotten. We brought them back to customer service and although we were refunded our money the response was curt, to the point of rude. Not offered a replacement just "here, scan your card and sign". She actually told another staff to put them back in the cooler, what

Went tonight to get some chicken from the hot deli. It's like a rock. The Fries and Onions rings, like a rock. There is a 2 meals for $14 special. Doesn't ring through at the cash. Show the cashier and they honour the price. Girl bagging grocery doesn't bag up the food with the Salad, start talking to the cashier about "her night last night bro"

Go to customer service and bring to the attention of a store manager. He appears to care less, does nothing as we leave.

Terrible food, expensive price, staff who couldn't care less about your business all the way up. Going elsewhere from now on.

Great meat and good prices. Fresh and lots of choices... I with they had more organic produce. Oranges are always in good supply not from USA. Thank you Zehrs.

I enjoy shopping here because of selection but I have been over charged nearly every time I shop there, sometimes not noticing till I’m home unfortunately. Once again was overcharged was almost overcharged today, price showed lower on the tag than at checkout. I wanted it changed by an employee and they found a different price than the checkout and the sale I saw and proceeded to argue with me until I went and took a picture of the price I saw. This should really be dealt with as it’s getting ridiculous at this point. If it happens again I will unfortunately be taking me business elsewhere.

Great location and it’s amazing to see how serious they take theft.

Was in there and someone was stealing a bunch of stuff yet again but they had stopped her at the door.
