Just found these guys online yesterday - used to deal with them 15 years ago. They are getting better with age! Prices are great - staff look like they enjoy their work - everything I was looking for was in stock. Kudos Jay!

I enjoy the customer service aspect from this company. They are willing to look at all sides of a problem and not base judgment off of hearsay. They realize that there are better people for different roles and should look forward to a bright future rather than settle for a mediocre present. Give them a try.

Ordered some blue bib traffic safety coveralls with the mesh legs from Wildrose and was told they would ship out right away. Two weeks and a few phone calls later I gave up and assumed they weren't going to ship them. They finally called me and said that they were shipping that day and that they would be there the next day (may 12th).

May 23rd I finally received my package - containing the wrong coveralls. I was not provided a receipt even after asking multiple times, and I think I was lied to about when it would arrive.

I definitely do not recommend ordering from these people. I had 3 warehouses worth of coworkers interested in ordering the same set I was asked for, but I'm glad we held off until I eventually received "my order"

I have been a welder for 4 decades and have purchased my own coveralls and have had my coveralls supplied by employers, so I know quality when I see it. Wildrose is one of the best companies to order from in both quality and customer service. They are humble, honest and reliable. Will be using them for the remainder of my career. I never give a 5 star rating, but Wildrose has exceeded my expectations and have gone above and beyond. So thankful I found them.

First things first: If you're reading this DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. There are a fair number of other manufacturers in the area and across Canada that are honest and value you as their customer. This company does not.

A note to the company's owner Mr. Joga: I am sorry you need to hear about what has been going on this way. I have made every attempt to contact you directly, however your employees will not let me speak to you.

Now for anyone considering working with Wild Rose Garments:

I first contact Wild Rose Manufacturing on November 27th. I sent my drawings for the work I was going to need done and was told with beaming confidence that it would be no problem. At this point I was told the process was to get a sample made, send it my way for approval, and once approved put in my bulk order.

I called multiple times between November 27th and Dec 22nd to ensure things were on schedule, each time with a new, positive update that things were going great.

On December 22nd I called and was told the samples were on their way.
For weeks they never arrived and when I called to ask if there was a tracking number I was told that the shipping company had lost the package. I asked to pay for another sample to be made and sent my way with a tracking number on it. I was told "no problem".

Weeks later I called to ask how the samples were coming. I was told they were going to be sent out that evening and that he (Jay) would send me a photo of the garment so I could get an idea of what it looks like .. as my prior requests for images of the final product never came through.

A couple days later the sample had still not been sent out and I was getting very tired of two things:
1) always being the first person to call / never getting called back
2) never getting a straight answer

I then on January 13th tried find another phone number to call that didn't go to Jay to try and find someone better at communication. As at this point I still believed this was an honourable company and wanted to work with them.

Once Jay heard I was looking to speak to someone else he told me that a product had never been made and never had been shipped and he cannot do the project he agreed back on November 27th 2020 to take on saying it would be "No problem!"

The lies were incredibly extensive during the whole time I worked with this company and you can imagine the absolute frustration it was to find out I was taken for a fool, simply by trusting this mans (Jay) words.

My employer got us insulated winter pants and coats from here. That was 2003. I have been wearing it every winter since. The zippers still work, and is still in pretty good shape considering I work construction and the suit is almost 20yrs old.
