They always have bad/rotting produce on the shelves and not enough products. The meat is almost twice the price than at Walmart. I used to love this store now I have to go to sobeys or drive to Cold Lake.

I have an issue with the pharmacy and the pharmacy area. I badly needed pepcid for heartburn this weekend and it was locked up. Employee said there was no one to open it. Like why is the pepcid locked up all weekend? Mediocre selection for food, bad veg and fruit and the store is always a mess. Im not coming back to this store unless i have to, it’s not worth it. I found the pepcid at pharmasave and it was quite a bit cheaper there too. There needs to be staff to help bag too. I always feel so rushed trying to put my stuff in my bags. And i have to try three or more carts to get my loonie back.

Shelves often aren't stocked, sale items are rarely in stock more than a few hours, flashfood is hit or miss, things are quite pricey compared to other locations and staff isn't present in aisles to offer assistance

Self Checkouts are ridiculous! Never had so many problems! Woman working there was rude and acted like I was stupid! Will never go back! Used many self checkouts and never had to scan stuff and move it to complete other side of till!
