It has been nearly five years since I last stepped inside this store. I was met with a lot of familiar and friendly faces. I bought a bottle of limonade and nobody was in the queue ahead of me. I love how cold the store is during summer.

It was great stopping by after nearly five years.

Very often, the Wholesale Club has what I am looking for, as I know I will find specials and decent prices on a variety of meats, large bins of vegetables and other bulk items they put on sale. I would, however, like to see more items with lower prices, as suggested by their name, the Wholesale Club.
The wholesale name should reflect many more wholesale prices. . . .
I find many household items have similar prices as the larger supermarket chains and their sister, Superstore, on the north entrance to Vernon.
However, this store is usually well stocked with most good quality food products and includes a pharmacy and a good selection of kitchen cooking utensils and items for commercial kitchens.

So approximately 90% of the reason for coming to this store is to grab the large portion's of meat that I then trim and cut into steaks. So today I meet the ladies stalking the department and asked if they would be bringing out the meat I wanted that wasn't in stock at that time, They answered yes that it was coming out next I said thank-you and told them I would wait as this is the reason I came. The other lady that had just finished what she was doing asked the other lady if she wanted her to grab it to which she said no. So we proceed to wait 15 min for her to finish as she passed us she said she would be right out, after waiting another 30min we paid for what we were also getting and left the store after waiting a total of 45min for not receiving what was the whole purpose of going there. I have never been treated with so much in the lack of costumer service in my life if I could get the slabs of beef anywhere else I would shame on you your employees need to do better

Great store, the staff and the cashiers were very nice and understanding, but It makes me feel uncomfortable, and its kinda racist to be followed around the store by this guy. Never stole, have a clean record, I work, take care of my son, come in with nice clothes, and still get followed. Same guy, and not only me, but my brother, sister, and uncle. Don't treat your customers like criminals, maybe? Disappointing. I enjoyed coming here. The staff members are always super chill. Just get rid of the racist security guard and don't profile us? Thanks, - native guy in the picture.

The Canadian Wholesale Club is a conveniently located source for a big variety of food for very competitive prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I simply enjoy going there!
The PCPoints system is a convenient and efficient way to save money.
It is not a good thing that you cannot redeem points after having shown your Wholesale membership card. They definitely should change that, as it causes confusion and delays!
I appreciate their security service, as it makes me feeling safe going there.

It was very nice but the store layout isn't the greatest and why in this day and age we still have to use a loonie to use a cart just put an immobilizer on them
