Amazing customer service! I travel from Nipawin every month to do my shopping. Had an item that was accidentally scanned twice and didn't notice till I got home. I called to see what could be done because i paid in cash, they undunderstood my situation, told me that they would have a refund for me when i go back to do my shopping next month! This Amazing customer service is why I will continue to shop here!

Dropped in at 450pm on Easter Sunday. Just worked a job ending at 430 that went a bit late, so I was really disappointed to see they locked their doors 10 min early. I called the line thinking it was a mistake but it wasn't, instead their manager Kevin just complained to me about customers showing up and shopping late. Every other store deals with late customers and accurately lists their closing time (including the job I just got done doing!) but instead the WC seems to dislike having customers. Wild conversation, I couldn't believe what I was told.

I must have got there in time, cause people started to pour in. I had my UFC gloves in my back pocket incase things got out of hand. (You know the kind you can buy at any dollar store.) I needed to buy boneless chicken breasts to last a couple of weeks. Found some that where $35 dollars a bag. Picked up some seafood medley to see what it tastes like. I'll let you all know next time how it turned out...

I just watched an elderly person ask for help finding washer fluid, and all the worker did was point to the isle while there was barely any one in the store and workers standing around. I helped the man myself.

We live an hour away from PA towards Wakaw. Shopped at this location for our business over the years and were happy with our experience previously.
Yesterday we were at the store. First masks had to be purchased at $1 each. That's wrong! We were at Superstore earlier and masks were free there. Shelves were basically empty where coconut milk is stocked. Nothing was there that was I previously stopped in to purchase.
The washroom was dirty as usual and had bm on the toilet and seats. This is a food store and there should be clean washrooms ..one for females and one for men. I don't know how this store operates with 1 filthy washroom. Every time I stop in its the same filthy washroom situation.

Sunday's they close at 6... even tho website says 7pm. We drove 2 hours to get supplies for our restaurant, arrived at 5:50pm...and were taken completely off guard when we were told they were closing...needless to say I was not leaving without grabbing the necessities that I needed and kept them there until 7:15pm....staff overall were polite about the situation but they were definitely itching to leave. lol. Unfortunately, they lost out on approximately an additional 800 bucks in sales due to having the wrong times posted.
