Our family purchased a new kayak earlier this week. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and able to assist us in finding the right boat. We opted to have the kayak delivered, and were extremely impressed by the speed of delivery - only a few hours later that day, we were out on the lake!

Fantastic people. Kathleen answered my call Tuesday so when I arrived early Wednesday Kayak & all the gear was outside ready to go (thanks Kathleen). Tim Dyer (owner) made a timely appearance to check that I have everything, thanks for help loading kayak and kind words of wisdom. I've been on lots of canoe trips and around small boats all my life but this was first time tripping w a Sea Kayak on Georgian Bay & solo. Really appreciated the warm welcome from White Squall staff wonderful people. Day one moderate winds & waves gave me time to get comfortable. Day 2 bigger wind & waves. Equipment provided was perfect for the conditions notably the kayak was very stable - Sea Kayaking is awesome. Thanks White Squall

I participated in the Summer Paddling Getaway with White Squall Paddling Centre in mid-July 2017. We paddled to Big McCoy, a group of islands. Every detail of our 3-day trip was addressed in advance and we were well prepared. Advance notice emails, reminders and packing list links were all very helpful.The gear provided was top-notch and easy to use or learn to use. The guides were readily available to offer assistance with paddling tips, tent set-up and local history/geography/weather inquiries. The meals provided were amazing - I have camped my entire life and they prepared exceptional meals of great variety. I would highly recommend a paddling trip on Georgian Bay with White Squall.

I just recently invested in a new Wilderness Tempest kayak and Gearlab Kalleq from White Squall Paddling Centre. Everyone there was super knowledgable and patient with all my questions and suiting my needs, Just recently one of my foot pegs was faulty on my boat. I live in Toronto and was worried about the distance... but they shipped the new foot peddles right out. Jan, Peter and Tim were exceptionally helpful in making it all right again. I can't rave enough about this shop. You will not be disappointed. Their products and staff are awesome.
