I came in looking for a new pair of ski boots. Christopher asked if I needed any help and he sure did help! He fitted me in a new pair, addressed my high arch issue with multiple solutions and options. “Knowledgeable” is an understatement! he also let me know how I can contact him in future if I need to tweak the fit. $850 pair of boots for $425 - doesn’t get any better than that. Michelle, who is also a ski instructor, was incredibly helpful — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and confident with everything.🥹🤍

Christopher, the boot fitter, was just as amazing.. His attention to detail and expertise really stood out.

They spent around 30 to 40 minutes with us.patiently explaining everything in detail and making sure the fit was perfect

I’m really disappointed with the lack of customer service at this store. I had an issue with my Salomon Shift bindings — a known problem with the brakes breaking — and the store showed zero interest in helping. Despite having bought a full setup here, I was just given a copy-paste warranty policy and told I'd have to wait at least 8 weeks just for Salomon to decide if it's covered.

I understand brands have their processes, but I didn’t spend this kind of money at a shop to be left on my own when things go wrong. If I wanted to deal with warranty claims myself, I would’ve bought the gear online. Definitely expected more support from a shop.

Great variety of gear, and apparel for outdoor activities, you can find skis, and snowboards, from brand new to used. At very reasonable prices. Ski and snowboard boots, bindings for ski and snowboard, helmets googles etc.
Discounted prices on apparel of really good quality. Bikes and gear for it. Lots of parking spots.
