Excellent service. Friendly accommodating staff. I recently purchased pallet forks for my BobCat Compact tractor. Steve and Mac quickly found the appropriate forks and provided me a very competitive price. They went the extra mile by delivering the forks from Kelowna to Kamloops as Kamloops provided me with a more convenient pickup location. Thanks for looking after me.

I want to give a "Big" , "Big" shout out to Gavin in Kamloops as our forklift at Lordco died on me as I was moving freight and it put us in a very bad situation as we need it up and running as I load and unload all day and it crippled us. So my Manager called you guys and as like everyone being short staffed they had a young man named Gavin come up to help us out and Gavin not ever working on forklifts very much or if at all he did his best to figure out what was wrong and how he could get it up and running. Not only did this young man do his best but he didn't panic and he kept on it. Figuring it out was no small feat and Gavin in my books did a ever so wonderful task at hand and saved the day for my Receiving department to be able to do our job. So Thank you ever so much Westerra for sending Gavin .

I put in my enquirey online and Mac Muir got back to me promptly. We talked on the telephone and Mac Muir was really easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable. After I explained to him what I was looking for and why, he made it happen for me.
