The customer service was inadequate, and despite multiple follow-ups, the promised service was not delivered. There was a clear lack of respect for the customers, accompanied by poor communication throughout the process.

I will not recommend them.

Worst customer service ever...buy elsewhere. Will not answer simple questions about their own product. I would give negative -10 stars if I could. Seam to have zero knowledge about their own product, you get screened by reception as if you where trying to smuggle drugs thru the airport and then if you do get to talk to someone, they have zero knowledge of their own product.

Get a digi star...at least they know their product have a great website, customer support, and are always willing to help.

Have to agree with the negative reviews. Terrible customer service, tell you to go to a distributor, they know the distributor locator link is broken, I was told to Google it. Seriously? Then when Kyle called me back, he didn't seem to care about my first experience and HUNG UP ON ME. Switching my customer over to a different product.
