Wow. Where to begin. No communication skills over there. Did not show up when they said they would. Took a FULL YEAR to do the install. There were self tapping screws and cigarette butts all over my driveway. A large splash of black paint on the side of my house. Recently the make up air unit broke down. I called Max and left a message explaining the situation, and of course I got no call back. Consider yourself warned.

Product received is not what was promised on contract. Would cost me more to sue them then to just pay someone else to install what was promised. Calls are never returned, no follow up, delays are common, and they don’t own up to damage caused by their workers.

They are however very good at taking payments.

Rude chap at the front desk
Family business would run alot better without the old father at the front desk.
He starts by telling me how smart he is.
That he was a road scholar.
Lol
So if your looking to talk with someone who has had everything handed to them and hasn't done an upgrade on his building in 100 years.

Absolutely awful customer service. Went in to ask a simple question and the person that was at the front desk was so rude. Can't believe the answer I received.
