The lady dispatcher very nice n polite n business like but at sametime has a few jokes to mk u feel at ease as u wait for paperwork. My paperwork is always correct. Loading there is awesum as u bk in a building n u load insude on a scale n u tarp inside in a nice clean building n not gt wet or snowed on. The guys loading u very fast n efficient n safety orientated. If u need help to pur a layer or two of poly on ur load under ur ur traps n they hv time. They gt off there forklift n jump on the trailer DECK n roll out a roll of poly by throwing accross the load length ways to the far end n never once gtng onto the load. The driver n fork lift guy then walk beside the load on the ground n pull the corners of the poly n open it up. Very efficient n i will load there any time as very nice people n company to load at.
