These guys are fantastic! They gave us advice on where to go in the area and what to use. I liked the fact that Myles (super cool dude), wasn't about upselling, but all about what was the best for me and my twin boys to have a good time. I will definite be coming here again! Good people here!

I stopped by this shop for a license and for some info on the area. They provided great info on where to fish based on me owning a traveling spinning rod with a box of panther Martins and rooster tails. I ended up catching my first river trout ever in Canmore based on their advice, and the white panther Martin they recommended paid dividends in Calgary while fishing the Bow River in the city before my flight. I highly recommend this place for their honest advice. They helped put me on my first river trout, and I never felt like they were pushing for sales. I’m inclined to take a guided trip next time I’m in the area.

Great quaint store. Awesome customer service (make sure and go see Lucus), BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE (thank you Lucus on the recommended fishing spots, boys caught some trout and the scenary was breathtaking. Going to come back tomorrow and pick up that rod and reel.

Great local shop for pretty much any fishing gear. I also got some great advice on using proper line and what flies to use and so far have been catching more fish.

Highly recommend!!!!!!!! We were in from Ottawa and stoped in for some fishing gear and local fishing permits. They were not only friendly but super helpful with what we would need to get more bits coming from Ottawa it’s harder to find trout so not up on my trout fishing.. I fell like I got schooled anything you need to know go to these guys!!!! also the young guy there helped us with some camping gear and som laughs reassuring me I wasn’t goin to get eaten by a bear.lol thanks guy I’m sure we gave you guys a good laugh!! Thanks for the help!!!
