I have had great communication with Kris and his sales team via social media. Kris was very prompt in responding to my questions about the current stock. We travelled from outside the province to view the forklifts WS Machinery had in stock and met our requirements. Kris was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had full confidence in Kris's presentation and purchased the recommended forklift and power pallet jack.
We will certainly be returning to purchase additional machines.

😌Totally blown away by the service here—honestly even better than the reviews said! Chris is hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a forklift from him before and just got a brand new Power Pallet Jack yesterday—it was delivered the very next day with maintenance included! If I ever need another machine, this place will absolutely be my first stop.
