Today, I took a very heavy upright piano to the Landfill. I just wanted to thank all the very friendly staff - from the weigh-in to the gentleman that helped me lift the very heavy "sound board" out of my truck into the bin.
I always enjoy going to the "dump" but today was even better.

Amazing experience at the dump today! The heckin’ dump treats people and animals with a lot of respect. Even though you might have to wait a little longer on a sunny Saturday afternoon, it is definitely nice to get away from the City!!

Blocking peoples access to their property's and not having their drivers move. Called over an hour ago and can’t get into our property because of their vehicles blocking the only entrance. They hang up on you when they say they’re putting you on hold.

It's so beautiful....there is an area in the lower part that mentions every donation Walker has made over the years.....they are truly a huge part in our community..... a continuous full circle of business and kindness to all the communities they are in.....

Always very polite and helpful. Yes this is the dump but still have give the workers credit for asking every single person the same dang questions: no paint vans, tires or liquids. Debit or credit cards only, no cash. Convince me they don’t get people whining.

The worst service we have ever experienced bordering on theft. I do not recommend working with this company in any way, shape or form. Once they have your credit card they will take your money even if they do not complete the job. We had scheduled a driver to dump a load of gravel in 5 locations at our property. the property is frequently accessed by large vehicles and trucks. the driver told us that if he lifted his dump bucket where we asked him he would scratch the bucket on branches and then told us that his vehicle would not make it around a corner that Vehicles twice the size of his make it around everyday..... The driver then left our property without dropping anything and proceeded to charge our card. absolutely disgusting especially in times like these.

That was yesterday, the following day a truck from another company made the delivery without issue .....

I have dealt with their controller and purchasing agent for sale and purchase of vehicles. They are great deal with. I get the distinct impression that they take care of their employees. They are also big contributors to the Big Move cancer ride that I also do. Anyone being treated for cancer at the St. Catharines General Hospital can see the huge contribution by this company !

The ladies who work in the front booths are amazing. They are so friendly and funny. It was all ladies working in the back today and they were all so on the ball. They kept it running smoothly. Easy process, cheap enough.
