We went in to change our cell phone plan. Karl was very knowledgeable and customer focused. He was able to recommend a better plan that was 50% less then we were paying and upgraded my iPhone. I had issues with the set up and Karl was very patient and helped me. I would highly recommend and definitely ask for Karl to help you!

Edit: Jon was able to set me up with the TV I wanted and saved the situation. Thanks to his effort I'll remain a customer.

Original review: This location really must hate selling stuff. When I entered the store, I said "I want to buy XXXX TV today". I was then told "oh buy this one instead its last years model and its just as good, the other one is only in our warehouse" to which I said 'no I want this model' and then both sales people decide to go on phone calls and then latch on to other customers after their phone calls ended. You would think they'd take my money instead and bring in the model I wanted from the warehouse.

Recently had bad luck with a product but visions pulled through and I felt I had to give them props for their customer service 🙌

I bought a soundwave crusader for myself as a birthday gift, wicked speaker total clarity fair battery length. After 6 weeks the charger port came off inside I don't believe I was hard on it or anything but they could have blamed it on mistreatment and left me hanging BUT THESE GUYS ARE SAINTS.

They upheld the manufacturer warranty and gave me a replacement speaker

I take it to my car, open it up and go to pull it out, handle breaks off speaker stays in box

Take it inside and show them what happened and rightfully they were reluctant to see what happened, but once again they trusted that It was simply a faulty unit and once again gave me another in box

At times you may wonder why Visions are still around, and it's experts is one main reason why you ought to purchase any electronics or accessories here. The sales tactic is, at best, fluid, but the staff really knows what they are talking about.

Staff and manager are excellent. Very knowledgeable about product bought a better tv then I went in for at the same price. Will be the only visions I go to for any purchases.
