Overpriced for kayak rentals.? No safety equipments provided. I asked the guy what if someone trips while kayaking in this area. He simply responded me to call me on phone. What the heck! How can someone call if they trip in water.

Last year, I entrusted them with the care of my jet skis and boat, and from the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. My spouse and I spent the weekend at the Lakefront Cottage at Villas Marina and loved it! Derek's hospitality was unmatched. Whenever we needed anything, we were able to text him and he had a prompt and pleasant response each time!

This smaller marina has a sushi restaurant right next door, and is only 5 minutes from Clear Lake Brewery. We used "Torrane Taxi" who were prompt and affordable to get to/from the breweries. The cute cottage came with fresh towels, hand soap, dish soap and minimal cookware. I would suggest bringing any cooking items, dishes, utensils and paper towel. The Marina supplied garbage bags and toilet paper, and if we ran out we just asked for more without a problem. The firepit and private dock for us were wonderful to use as well.

It was the perfect, quiet get away for us and would be suitable for a small family as well. We will definitely stay here again without a doubt! Thanks to Derek and his team for hosting us and providing the optimal relaxing getaway weekend!
