Make time to read this... not a rant, but facts: And it's unfortunate to be writing poorly about this company, a Hosting team that I've grown to appreciate. My service with them did not start without its problems, but eventually we got some things sorted out and I've not had issues with them for good 3 years, but this year/this month 2020.08.21, it's started like a plague- Mind you I just said no issues for 3 years, which means that my CMS sites Drupal, Joomla, and WordPress and my ECommerce site have been running for 3 years without effort- Suddenly, the sites were inaccessible. Normally, as in 3 years ago, when the issues ranged from my whole website going offline, or the inability to login my CPanel was common, I decided to send an email in hopes my trusted resource there would be able to help and he way- To my surprise, this time, what I got was -it's on your end- we have nothing to do with this.
They tried to be helpful, or not helpful, by providing a host of steps I can try on my own, ranging from looking at my CPanel permissions, to modifying our .htaccess, which I've never had to do. So, after 3 years of not touching anything, now I am having to go in there and mess around with it- Long story short, my trusted savvy person, after I named him in one of the emails sent to tech support (I will be nice and not add his name here, I hate what is happening, but it would be unkind to throw anyone's name out)... he came to my aid, it took a couple of days, but better late than never, he chimed in, and lo and behold, the sites were running again, minus one (Drupal) running again- I slept good that night. As I woke up the next day to celebrate, by going to my shopping cart to upload new products, I cannot login to the Admin pages, you know, the point of entry? the only way I can see the ECommerce UI to upload images, and downloadable content? yeah! that! Cannot get in it- I contact them, again, same list of steps, and the audacity to tell me it's on my end- I even sent them screenshots of the CPanel files/folders dating 2017, which is probably when they had to go in there and help me with site and CPanel being down, no answer, absolutely no response, as of 2020.08.27.9.48.PM, Drupal, Joomla, WordPress are not loading, and I cannot login to our ECommerce site to do anything, all conversations Mute-
Now you tell me, is this good business practice, is this a way to treat a customer, make a company lose potential customers because you can't come clean and say you screwed up- I'll leave it here, what I think happen is they upgraded some stuff in the background and reconfigured settings that impacted their users, it works for them, and it does not work for me or anyone on those servers that hosted- Do yourself a favour, steer clear of these guys, and do your research, read the reviews before deciding- try some simple for a year, if you can, a blog, see what you get, how you get it then continue- You've been warned!

Vexxhost is a good cloud computing provider. If you do some program development and do not want to manage your own servers, then its the best solution for you. The price is considerably better than any of their competitors. I think they have the fastest server start, my Linux servers starts within 20 seconds only. Their support is ok also. They always give me good suggestion on how to approach my issue. If you have a development cluster, then I think they are the best chose.

Getting real help to setup my kubernetes cluster and optimized it. Very active customer service, better performance servers with better pricing. I will not find a better help and better deal anywhere.

Worst hosting company I've ever encountered. Their servers crashed 4 days ago and they have yet to restore service. It has been all empty promises and no results. Go anywhere but here.

I liked their support. Very helpful. They always go the extra mile to make my servers perform better.

Terrible. Server crashed, no response. No service. Worst experience.
