En tant qu'acheteur de la machine à laser Venus Velocity, je me sens profondément déçu par mon expérience avec ce produit. Malgré son coût élevé de 100 000$+, la machine a cessé de fonctionner après seulement deux mois d'utilisation. En plus de cette défaillance, le service à la clientèle de Venus a été extrêmement médiocre, offrant un soutien inexistant. Je déconseille fortement à quiconque d'investir dans cette machine.

Lorsque j'ai décidé d'acheter la machine à laser Venus, j'étais plein d'attentes en raison de son prix élevé. Malheureusement, ces attentes ont été brisées rapidement. Après seulement deux mois d'utilisation régulière, la machine a subi une panne majeure, rendant son utilisation impossible. Cela m'a laissé avec une machine coûteuse et inutile.

Le véritable problème est survenu lorsque j'ai essayé de contacter le service à la clientèle de Venus pour obtenir de l'aide. Malgré de multiples tentatives de communication, j'ai été confronté à un support médiocre, voire inexistant. Les représentants du service à la clientèle étaient peu coopératifs et n'ont pas offert de solutions concrètes pour résoudre le problème avec la machine. Cette négligence et ce manque de support ont rendu l'expérience encore plus frustrante.

En tant qu'acheteur, j'estime qu'il est essentiel d'obtenir un soutien de qualité de la part du fabricant, surtout lorsqu'on investit une somme aussi importante dans un produit. Malheureusement, Venus Concept a échoué dans ce domaine. Leur manque de considération envers les clients et leur incapacité à fournir un support adéquat ont grandement affecté ma satisfaction et ma confiance envers cette marque.

Dans l'ensemble, je déconseille fortement l'achat de la machine à laser Venus. Non seulement elle s'est révélée défectueuse après seulement deux mois d'utilisation, mais le service à la clientèle a été extrêmement médiocre, ne fournissant aucun soutien réel. Pour un investissement aussi important, il est préférable de rechercher des alternatives plus fiables sur le marché

DO NOT BUY FROM VENUS CONCEPT – SCAMMERS & WORST COMPANY EVER!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Buying from Venus Concept has been the BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. They trick you into thinking you own the device, but in reality, they still control it—even after you’ve fully paid for it!

Here’s why you should NEVER buy from them:
1. YOU DON’T ACTUALLY OWN YOUR DEVICE!
• I paid a fortune for the Venus Velocity, yet they remotely control it and won’t let me access my own machine.
• Now it’s giving me a cooling error, and I have my own technician ready to fix it. But guess what? Venus refuses to give me the technician code!
2. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE!
• I called their support, thinking they would actually help. Instead, they demanded $2,000 just to send a technician—PLUS additional charges for parts!
• Why should I pay extra when I already own the machine?!
3. ONCE THEY SELL YOU THE MACHINE, THEY DISAPPEAR!
• The person who sold me the device? Gone. No longer works there.
• No proper follow-up, no real support, just excuses and money-grabbing tactics.
4. THIS COMPANY HOLDS YOUR MACHINE HOSTAGE!
• Even after paying in full, they control it remotely and can practically shut it down whenever they want.
• If you don’t pay their outrageous service fees, you’re stuck with an expensive brick.

BOTTOM LINE: NEVER BUY FROM VENUS CONCEPT!

This company is nothing but a scam, preying on business owners who invest thousands into their machines. They trap you in endless fees, provide the worst customer service, and leave you helpless when something goes wrong.

I regret every single penny I spent on Venus Velocity. If you’re thinking about buying from them—RUN. Find another company that actually respects its customers.

If you’re new to the laser business, I suggest you don’t make the same mistake I did.

I would have been better off buying an off brand.

Everyone is super nice in the beginning which made it seem legit, but once you’re in your stuck and the service is terrible and they tried to charge my 3650 just for a service call and to fill liquid in my machine.

I purchased an Epilieve and once I paid off the machine I thought I was in the clear, I’ve had issues with my machine NON STOP!
I’ve spent over 10k in fixing it and having to rent machines while my laser is getting fixed.

Worst company ever! I have received horrible customer service and support from Venus! I have been out of work many times due to their devices that break down so fast. I purchased warranty and was promised a loner machine if my device breaks down and i havent gotten that. Every part costs thousands of dollars. They take weeks to investigate. They dont call back even after leaving several messages. They charge over $2000 to have a technician inspect the device. The labour costs $3000. They treat everyone differently. I had my device damaged when it was at their warehouse. My device came back with blue ink on it due to the way they wrapped it up (i did not complain) i just cleaned it up myself. I was responsible for my own repairs when their technician told me to go ahead and replace the coolant in my device on my own (suddenly the calls that were recorded disappeared). The technician did not advice me that i shouldnt touch the device or do anything to it on my own. Now i have to pay $7500 to replace the screen that broke by accident. They fixed another customers screen for free but are not willing to do that for me while i have warranty. Had i known that this company is unprofessional and their devices have manufacture issues, i would have never purchased a device from them! They stress me out, i have not been able to work for months but i am up to date with all my payments!

The worst she claimed she has photos of my device that it was broken before the technician comes and when I requested to see the photos she refused do not buy nothing from this company scammers and liars stay away !!

I've experienced horrible customer service and support from Venus. I have had my Velocity unplugged for a couple weeks while my business moved locations. Turned it on at the new location to use and this error comes up on the screen. I contacted technical support to have the situation rectified. Technical support told me that a technician would have to come out to look at it and would cost me $2000! That is just for the service tech to come look at it. To me this seems like a software update or just resetting the internal digital clock. To charge that amount of money for a service call only is absurd!! The cost of any parts is an extra charge on top of the $2000!! Dr's don't even charge that for house calls. These machines are over $100k and the company follows up with poor customer support. If you are looking into purchasing a machine from Venus Concepts, I would suggest to shop around, especially when it comes to customer support.

After I couldn’t afford my device (my fault - not theirs), my business was drowning bc of this machine, and in an effort to save my business I had to make the tough decision to let go of the legacy I’ve already invested 30k in. I made several attempts to reach out for help, no one ever helped with launch event or anything other than a zoom call w some marketing ideas (thanks - I could have got that from YouTube)…. Lindsey (sales rep) left me high and dry after she got her commission never heard from her again - scheduled 2 calls and she ghosted me 2x… Then dealt with the cocky arrogant prick Salvatore P. @ corporation for account and every time we spoke he very rudely told me me I could sell my device to pay off my machine, then I found a buyer - yay (or so I thought) Dan K. was a new rep I was dealing who tried to trade in my machine but also give me no credit for my trade yet sell me a new machine just rolled over the old machine into something else that wasn’t affordable for my business - at least I saw that coming a mile away- he then agreed to help work the deal for me to sell my device - but thens STOLE my buyer! Basically someone from Venus contacted my buyer and talked her out of buying my like-new machine and scared her with 24K in recertification fees and and additional 10K for training…
Run from these vultures!
I have a Venus Legacy - check out Cool Sculpting instead - all your patients will recite the brand and you will sell 10x more. Every patient I had asked if this was like cool sculpting- wish I would have gone that route, probably would have paid off my device and been profitable rather defaulting (which I’ve never done before in my life)

Hace 6 años que llegó utilizando las máquinas de venus Concept y anterior mente (los primeros dos años 2017,2018 ) tenían un buen soporte al cliente te ayudaban con llamadas, te asistían si tenías algún tipo de problema ( las máquinas siempre presentan problemas ) y en si puedo decir que el servicio era bueno.

Ahora solo puedo decir que las máquinas una ves terminando el financiamiento se vuelven obsoletas ya que no te dan el servicio que necesitas como comprador de una máquina de 70 mil dlls (tengo 2 actualmente y otras 3 que compré con otra empresa enteriormente ), las piezas son carísimas, no te lo mencionan antes, no te ayudan y batallas mucho para que te atiendan, toda la comunicación es por correo electrónico y si no fuera por uno o dos personas que se quedaron del equipo anterior esto fuera una película de terror ya que ellos no se pone e en tus zapatos como empresa.

Conozco más de 4 clínica que tienen en mismo problema y todas concordamos que venus ya no es lo que era antes!

Ahora en día se me descompuso una bomba de agua la cual consigo en internet por 400 dlls y ellos quiere. Cobrar 70 mil pesos más vuelos de avión estancia etc etc para ir a cambiarla.

Cuando realmente con las dos maquinas que cuento aún en los pasados dos años tuve unos problemas grandes tanto así que mi negocio casi cerraba, los manerales fallan cada 3 er mes y tardan en llegar aprox 2 meses lo cual ellos te comentan que tardarán 2 semanas 3 semanas.

Soy dueño de 2 sucursales de Láser diodo en Mexico y si ustedes están apunto de comprar alguna máquina con ellos NOOOO COMPREN VENUS VELOCITY YA QUE PUEDE SER QUE AL IGUAL QUE YO Y VARIAS CLÍNICAS QUE TENGO CONTACTO ESTÉN EN ESTA SITUACIÓN.

Pésima atención al cliente de parte de SOPORTE TÉCNICO, FINANZAS puedo decir que te apoyan con lo mínimo pero fuera una burla si no apoyaran por lo menos en eso.

Dato curioso: Cambie los manerales en dos años de la maquinas más de 7 veces en las cuales siempre batalle, el servicio anual nunca lo hicieron hasta que tuve que mandar un mensaje de este tipo.
NO SE DEJEN LLEVAR POR EL NOMBRE! no estoy diciendo que no funcionan la máquina funciona muy bien, pero el soporte técnico es PÉSIMO HOY EN DÍA.
