We really appreciated the fantastic service from V-echo on a recent road trip. Our old RV developed a horrible squeal on the way to Port McNeill, and they had us fixed up in no time. The mechanic was clearly extremely knowledgable about how to fix it, and was kind enough to fit us in. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring a car back in the future for this honest and competent service. V-Echo saves the day! Although Port McNeil has no obvious motorcycle service shop, thankfully it has people who want to help. Our breakdown during the North Island 1000 would have been a disaster without V-Echo and Brenda who went above and beyond to make sure we were ready to continue our adventure. These are kind and supportive folks who really care about helping people and taking good care of them. It's the kind of experience that makes you believe in people again... Thank you V-Echo! On August 30th, I was relieved that V-Echo Restorations could take a look at my non-functioning driver's side window (stuck in the down position) before my 5 hour drive home, possibly in the rain. As soon as I arrived (without an actual appointment), a mechanic was right there to analyze the issue. 10 minutes later, Mr. V-Echo knocked some sense into the window motor, the glass rose to the top of the door and I was on my way. He refused to accept any money. I am so grateful to him, his staff and his business for such a prompt fix and a reminder to "pay it forward" to someone in the near future. We towed our trailer to the Cluxewe Resort, and on our first trip into Port McNeill the truck stated making grinding sounds from the engine compartment. Got it to V Echo garage and Vjeko to a quick look and found it was the air conditioning pump. He suggested a "by-pass" by removing the compressor. We ordered a smaller belt which arrived the next day. He removed the compressor and installed the new shorter belt himself outside while the other bays were in use. Absolutely stellar service and would recommend V Echo garaged to anyone anytime. Thank you for your due diligence and great work!

Fleet vehicle brakes were squealing like a banshee and I had to drive another 250 km. on them that day. I was concerned. Dropped in unannounced and the mechanic was able to quickly have a look and confirmed that it was the wear indicator squealing and (while they need replacement) they would get me back to Courtenay. Thanks for fitting me in on a busy day and making my drive a tad less stressful! Great shop.

Up a creek and they brought me a paddle. Thanks for helping me out when my fuel pump decided to quit. Quick professional service with great people at the shop. V-Echo got me back on the road when I thought that I might have to spend a night in Port McNeill. We limped in to the shop just as it was closing with a blown alternator and a deadline in Victoria the following day. V-Echo tracked the part down in another town, had a friend drive it in after hours, mechanic stayed late, and truck was returned that evening ready to go for our morning departure. Got us out of a huge jam! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Five stars!!
