A very good flake sea salt and so nice to find Canadian company doing this. I buy this by the kilo, and I've also been very pleased with their infused salt particularly the sea kelp and barrel smoked whisky sea salt.

Very happy with the Flake Sea Salt I have from VISS. They had excellent customer service to help resolve an issue with my product. The sea salt has a delicate flake to it and a excellent and distinct “seawater” taste to it. Looking forward to adding this to garnish cookies and cooking.

Singularly the best quality sea salt I have ever tasted! This flake salt is not shy on texture, crunch and flavor. This product will elevate a culinary treat to a level of importance if used appropriately. Very impressive indeed! And I received excellent service! Stellar product and company! Your coffee infused salt is amazing!! We used it with steak that I threw in the oven half seared and pan fried giving it a unique earthy flavor. Can't wait to try out the Whiskey Salt that I discovered on your website! Your salt is extremely unique and like no other Ive come across before.

After more than 50 on-and-off years making tofu, discovering Vancouver Island Sea Salt's nigari coagulant has been a blessing. Not only is it a bi-product of salt making from a local source, but it performs perfectly each time. A bottle makes at least 20 pounds of tofu -- well worth the price!
