I frequently visit valley Roots. I had a turkey wrap today. It was absolutely disgusting and not to the quality that I expect from this business. There was very little turkey. Maybe a piece or two. Very little bacon and humongous amount of lettuce. So much lettuce that I had to open the wrap and take some out and even still it was like eating a dry lettuce wrap. Very little condiments. And it seems that the prices have gone up because I paid $13 for a wrap that used to cost me 12.

Out of 5 employees working in the storefront, only one of them was wearing gloves. I was very upset at the sight of staff members handle various raw meats and then manipulate equipment without washing their hands. Furthermore, I saw meat being placed on a service counter without sanitizing the surface afterwards. Even if the quality of the product is good, this is a huge health and safety risk and is discouraging me to go there again.

Got the "big beef" wrap and there was hardly any beef in it. The ratio to lettuce was miniscule. For $11.99, I should have gone to subway next door. NY strip on sale for $42.99/kg. Hope it is good.

This place has the best meat in Arnprior as far as I'm concerned. Doesn't matter what you get, every thing is terrific. Got meat? Yes they do.

Amazing food! They have a variety of wraps, went out for lunch with my colleagues and we each got a large wrap that was delicious and super filling!! Their staff were very friendly and were quick to serve us. There was 4 of us and I think 4 different ladies served each of us to get us in and out quickly.
Amazing service, amazing food. Definitely going to be a Friday lunch favorite spot.

Love their wraps! I've been attempting to try every wrap on their menu and so far I've loved them all. The turkey salad wrap is so good! They also have a great selection of salads, cold cuts, and high quality meat.

My husband and I absolutely love everything we have ever bought at Valley Roots from the in-store wraps to the cuts of meat and decadent desserts!! A real gem for Arnprior!!! Not to mention the wonderful and knowledgeable stuff!

I've now been in town for 2 years and I've only gone to Valley Roots for the 1st time today and WHAT A MISTAKE. Why hasn't anyone told me to check this place out earlier!?!?!?!! I got there, and within 10 seconds, a young man asked me what he could get ready for me. I told him it was my first time so he explained how things are. I got the Valley Roots wrap and it's VERY good. The price is reasonable, the service was great & fast, and the wrap is delicious. I'm making this a regular stop from now on! Wish I would of gotten the young gentlemen's name. He was extremely polite, professional and showed great customer service.
