I wanted to update my review. The Sebo vacuum I bought is still working like a charm. My old hoover stopped working and Vacman diagnosed and fixed the issue for just $40. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or service a vacuum to look these guys up!

I had my Dyson repaired here and even after the repair, it didn't work well. I had expressed interest in a Sebo, so they applied the repair amount I had paid towards the new unit. It is an INCREDIBLE vacuum. All three fellows I dealt with through this process were knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Dealt with Paul, and was very impressed. Was looking for a part for a vacuum bought from Sears Canada years ago, and was fully expecting to be told they would need to order it (if that). I already had the part ready to order online, just incase.

Not only did they have the part in stock, but for cheaper than if I had ordered it online.

Would highly recommend. Great service.

I asked for another part, more unique, and it wasn't in stock, but Paul did his best to find a similar part. Wasn't there, but I knew it was a long shot. At least they tried.

Will return when I eventually need a new vacuum.. Or another part.

Sent my Dyson in for repair. They lost my charging station and gave me the wrong cord. When I contacted them they didn't care at all about their mistake and were very dismissive about it and still charged the full amount of the repair. I now have a working vacuum but all the wrong cords etc. to be able to charge it.Horrible customer service!

Jim is unbelievable. My wife and I bought a central vac system from him a couple years ago and he stayed late into the evening to make sure it was installed properly. When he left, I found out that he was leaving on vacation early the next morning... but stayed late without a complaint, and at no extra cost. Great store!

Had such a great experience today with Jim at the Vac-Man shop. We had called ahead of time and based on our needs, Jim recommended a Sebo. We had never heard of the Sebo brand before but based on some quick internet research it seemed to be top-rated — generally ranking better than Dyson, Miele, and Kenmore. Jim definitely knows the machines inside-out and took his time with us while we were in the shop to explain all of the features important for allergy-sufferers (e.g., thick bags, thick filters) and pet owners (e.g., power head with roller brush that you can easily remove for cleaning). We’re very happy customers and so glad we chose Vac-Man!
