Absolute trash management, they don't value their employees. Overworked and understaffed. They care more about money than their staff's mental health. Gaslight you into thinking you're the problem. Extremely underpaid and not valued. 10/10 would not recommend.

Extremely unprofessional. Final price was twice more that advertised on their website. Additional hidden fee of 75$ applied silently without even noting it in a receipt. Finally no one indicated in advance that you must have a track to pickup an order otherwise they won't release it. An hour driving time plus waiting in a lobby just to find out you can't pickup an order.

Absolute horrible service. Very unprofessional. Without fail every single time I need to either pick up supplies or drop off empty drums they have over an hour wait time even if you can see them all standing around. Worst service I have experienced with a company.

Over 1.5hrs just to return 1 pallet with 4 empty drums. Higher ups and office employees are very rude and dismissive.

Depending on the shift, you can expect wait time before they even start to load. Most of the workers are fairly polite, but the supervisors can be dismissive and unfriendly. Pretty unprofessional.
