I've been working at Umicore for a couple of years and I don’t plan on going anywhere. Everyone here is very productive but not too up tight. It's a great work environment with all kinds of people. I feel blessed to be employed by a company such as Umicore who embraces sustainability. Once more we as employees have had steady work throughout the entire pandemic. Here we feel 100% safe because our employer follows COVID-19 guidelines. We all wear masks. We’re also screened on a regular basis and so are any contractors who may enter the facility. I probably feel safer here then I do anywhere else.

I have met some really great people at Umicore. The manufacturing business is not easy work. It takes focus and hard work but the rewards and the perks that you get here are exceptional. With focus and hard work, promotions come pretty fast.
