Pour une nuit rapide c'est sur la limite du acceptable. Le prix de 60$ représentait bien la qualité de la chambre à 2 lit double.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Coffee was good (but a dead fly had to be picked out of percolator), good price. BUT paper thin walls (could hear someone sneezing two doors down), floors are falling apart (creaky, bathroom floor is completely lifting and was held down by green tape), paint stripping, large gaps in the door frames, no deadbolts on any doors. Some of these reviews encouraged me to check it out, and I would have rather slept in my car. Debit/credit machine wasn’t working so we had to get cash out of an ATM at midnight down the street. Really wanted to support a mom and pop place, but this isn’t one I would go back to.

Had a great night of sleep here with my beautiful lady. The sheets were clean but "well used" the rooms have not been upgraded for years and the view was of a rusting houseboat on land. Trust me though, I didn't care. For about $55 Canadia this place definitly suited my needs and desires.

First the good news - rooms have a microwave and mini fridge and it's located across from the outstanding Red Barn restaurant (see my review of it).||The bed was barely adequate.||Now the bad news - the room was small, needed repairs, painting, cleaning, the carpet was filthy and hadn't even been vacumned in I can't imagine how long. The outside also needs repairs, paint, cleaning (e.g. the concrete in front of the room crumbling). ||Should never have accepted it even for the one night - guess just too hungry and tired.

If you can close your eyes to the state of disrepair and generally old rooms, you may get a good sleep. The mattress was new, bedding was good and there was a newer coffee machine; but I could not say that for anything else in the room. The crumbling sidewalk and step ensured you brought cement into the room. The carpet was old and worn. The shower tap handle was not attached. There was a small analog TV on a sagging shelf that displayed a moving wave on each channel. Good thing it was inexpensive.

It was the cheapest place to sleep in Moosomin, about $50 a night in November, so we didn't expect much. It's privately owned by a nice older couple. The rooms are small, but have heating and A/C, mini fridge and microwave, TV, basic bathroom amenities and free wifi. The interior looked really worn but well.. We heard a lot of trains going near by, but luckily it wasn't for more than an hour.

Great Value! (4 stars for the price)
Girlfriend and I traveling from Ontario to Alberta found this place by searching google maps and called for a rate. After $90-100 rates elsewhere, we were quoted $55 here so hell yeah we took it. The guy at the front desk was friendly, and got us in quick. The room and building were run down, sure but its a $55 stay. Some snob would complain about the rough edges (and probably make up crap about rats, ahem below poster) but all surfaces and bathroom were clean, the fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked, the TV had cable and the bed was made up with fresh smelling sheets that still had fold creases. 100% would stay here again and support the local business instead of paying double down the road for the big name place.

I made a reservation for the night of Oct 14 2018,gave my credit card number and got a confirmation back to my email within minutes on Oct 13 When I arrived they informed me that they were overbooked much to my consternation! No email to inform me of the error.They seemed quite aware of the situation when I went to check in but we're not ever decent enough to ever send me an email apprising me of the situation. I think they just did not want to pay the booking .com fee when an opportunity to get a better rate on the last available room presented itself The price is reasonable if u don't mind staying in what from the outside and the website appears to be a dump They are listed as 5 out of the 5 motels in Moosomin Once the current pipeline boom is over in eastern Sask there will be only 4 motels left! Do not book at this motel unless your car has reclining seats!
