65$ for a tshirt. Never any sales. Disappointing store all together. Especially for how much money you guys make from work wear all year round from Rio tinto and LNG workers. It is simple Greed.

I thought it would be a great idea supporting a local store because I usually do support local companies to show support, but in this case not happy with this company! I bought a pair of boots from this company called ( Boa ) I wore these boots for approximately 10 working days, after the eighth day noticed my toe was getting discomfort so I called the place Trigos and asked them what they're return policy was and explained my situation, asked if I could return them and get either a cheaper boot or match the same price, the girls said sure bring them in. So I called a cab, go to the store and have the receipt and the other lady says we don't warranty like that at our store, it has to have a defect in the boot. I said I payed 355 dollars and you don't warranty for fitting, so why would you sell these boots then seems really ridiculous, marks warrants they're boots no matter what for 90 days. I will warn everyone DO NOT buy boots here. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!

I purchased a set of your Helly Hansen work wear rain gear for walking in the lower mainland. I found that your store has the best selection of rain wear and I have even had people asking where it came from! Keep up with the latest selections at a reasonable price!

I WILL NOT WEAR A MASK TO SPEND MY MONEY IN YOUR STORE!!!! It’s my freedom to choose! And no I do not respect your store! I’m not a communist! Also I don’t allow my boys into a unisex washroom! My boys are boys and we are quite sure they identify as boys! They have a thingy as most boys do!! Shame on you!! Filthy filthy store you have there! I’d be ashamed to admit I shopped at such a store!! 🤬😡👎

I will definitely be coming back to shop at Trigos in Kitimat. The clothing is so up to date and stylish. But I had an even better experience with the staff. After purchasing a few new clothing items that were on sale I was ecstatic. I left the store and went back to Terrace then realized I lost my sunglasses. I phoned and they had not found them so she took my phone numbering case someone turned them in. The sunglasses were worth over $700. Within half an hour I got a phone call from Trigos saying they found them. I appreciate their honesty and I recommend shopping there anyday if you like quality, style and honesty. Thank you so much. I tried to give her a gift card but she would not accept it saying that she recently lost something and it was returned to her earlier that week. Karma. She was more happy to just see how happy I was to have them back. What a phenomenal person. Our world is such a better place with people like her.

Great place to go pick up work clothes or PPE in Kitimat. Friendly helpful staff and a great selection. Not too sure about the hardware section downstairs though, kind of weird. Empty shelves and almost no selection.

WOW this store has an incredible selection of PPE! And a women's specific section!! I have never seen PPE selection this good in women's sizes and for women-specific work wear (e.g., Carhart pants for women). Just an incredible selection and number of items overall, definitely go here over Mark's! Super helpful, friendly staff too. Recommend!
