I can’t say enough positive words about Triangle sewing centre; especially Nancy! I was brought into her shop to inquire about a used embroidery machine posted on fb. Being a very novice individual who infrequently sews, I have very basic sewing skills, but I found myself while dragging my mom into the hobby, we were interested in the world of embroidery. We felt very overwhelmed and didn’t want to make the wrong and very expensive mistake. Nancy was very patience, answering several questions over a couple of weeks and extremely knowledgeable in her machines and the capabilities of each brand, while adapting to my wants and level of ability. Nancy wasn’t pushy and gave me suitable options to meet my needs verbally explaining why, while also showing me hands on. I am very greatful to Nancy and her desire to educate myself and mom. We purchased a used Janome 11000 in pristine condition, and before leaving the store she sat with us for over an hour teaching us how to change the thread, bobbin and general basic functions. I managed to go home and the following day play by myself; downloading a decal, uploading it onto a USB and embroidering myself a double sided luggage tag! Can’t wait to see what else I’ll be producing. Again, thank you, thank you sooooo very much!!!

I attended a class at Triangle Sewing Centre today. Everything about the experience was excellent. The class space was spacious, well equipped and bright. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The instruction was top notch! Can’t wait for my next class!

The staff have been kind to me over the years and I appreciate that while they are attentive, they will let me browse on my own if needed.

I took the long arm class which was wonderful and then they were beyond patient with me as I attempted to long arm and old quilt sandwich that was too big to go through my domestic machine.

I have moved to a new city, but I still try to come back here periodically for supplies or classes because the place makes me smile

rude sellers, negligent, called me I had to wait a week more after I already waited a few weeks because the sewing machine was on "backorder", the seller did not seem apologetic or like they cared about the situation and to make matters worse she proceeded to cancel the order half a week later and did not care to update me about the cancellation, did not only waste my time but also had extremely obnoxious behavior. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Great place to shop for all your sewing needs. The staff is amazing and not pushy. I looked at a very nice machine and Nancy let me walk out the store buying no machine after spending time with me showing me everything.... I turned around at the next set of light and went back and bought the machine! Great customer service.

The sales associate was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I got everything I needed. I’ve been sewing for awhile but this is my very first quilt. Everything was reasonably priced. Finished it in just three days!

TL/DR; well stocked store, knowledgeable team, good prices, they will take care of you.

Purchased a sewing/embroidery machine. Through no fault of the store's, the machine failed. They tried to talk me through it on the phone asked that a being it in and discovered a replacement part was needed. While I ended up going with a different machine because part delivery was going to be longer than I could tolerate. The team at Triangle was patient, attentive and great to work with even though I was probably a very different level of annoying customer than they are used to.

We ordered a machine through Nancy in Feb 2021, primarily, because she had the best price in Canada. It was supposed to arrive in early March however it was delayed because of Covid related shipping problems. While waiting for the unit to arrive we got to know Nancy quite well and were able to appreciate her sincerity with customers, knowledge of the products and her friendly sense of humor. Great lady to deal with!!
