She has a great shop with a good selection of everything you could want in an authentic health food/supplement store. I believe she may also possess great knowledge, however after my second time in her store, where both times she came across quite rudely to me, and did not seem to care that I was waiting patiently for her help, I took my business elsewhere. It's too bad, as I spend a considerable amount of money every month on the products she sells, and I would have been a great customer.

It is a pleasure to talk with her because she is incredibly knowledgeable and freely shares what she knows. Glad her store is in Hope where I live, but if it wasn't, I'd happily go out of town. Disappointed at how rude the lady behind the counter was (I think she's the owner). I was browsing the store with two of my friends when another person entered, and the lady said that the store didn't allow more than 3 people and since she had a paying customer in now, one of us had to leave the store.

I was literally just about to pick up the bath salts to purchase, but after hearing that, I decided to take my business somewhere else. I'm sorry but why did you assume we weren't paying customers? Because we were young and didn't dress well? And did you have to be so rude? I never write reviews, but that was pretty uncalled for. It's a pity because we were really interested in your items and would have made purchases if we had the chance to browse, but we won't be patronizing your store in the future.
