I started from this company YESTERDAY. The one who is training us welcome our questions regarding our work. And TODAY, I get FIRED. Wanna know why? The reason they gave me is “You don’t have any warehouse experience.” I would say yes, I don’t have any warehouse experience. But they hired me knowing my not having any experience in warehouse. And another thing, the one girl with me who get FIRED as well had a warehouse experience. Wanna know why she get fired? They told her she is too slow. TOO SLOW. For someone who is working for like almost two days in that warehouse, she is TOO SLOW. Anyway, that’s my review through my experience. If any one wants to apply for this company, expect that there will be like this. I would prefer for them to tell me the truth not this kind of excuse tho. Hope you all read this to the end. Thank you!

worst company I have ever worked for other employees are so rude the supervisor that was training me left after 20 minutes into training and expected me to know everything after asking questions I got in trouble I had a bruise on my face from unsorted children shoes that fell on me well trying to sort clothes they sent me home 5 hours into my shift then fired me the supervisor also called me and another ex employee rude names and went out of her way to make me uncomfortable and would talk badly about the managers then threaten you with them

The effort is there to recycle and be kind to the world, but the business itself is lacking ethics. Employees are fired randomly and treated beyond poorly. It's hard to support the business when it's using unethical treatment of employees to achieve everything. I will no longer donate to any collection boxes participating in this company's recycling program. Instead, I will donate things elsewhere.

Great company doing good work with a huge focus on giving back to the local community. The number of local charities that are supported by Transcontinental is spectacular.

Curious as to the percentage the charities receive of revenue earned by Trans Continental? No star rating. Just curious as I could not find it in the literature.
