A very large selection of beautiful yarn, nicely displayed and reasonably priced. I was happy to find some MacAusland’s wool (milled on the island). Staff were friendly and helpful. A must visit!

The owners were extremely helpful in regards to finding yarn that suited my project and allergies while I was in PEI. They have a great selection of both local, hand dyed yarns, and popular brands. They were even willing to ball a skein up for me for my drive back to Ottawa. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely visit again the next time I'm in PEI.

I love this place! Such an extensive collection of yarns and needles and accessories! I'd stay there for hours at the time if I could. The owner is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I always have a wonderful time everytime I go.

My girlfriend and I wanted to buy some yarn from a local mill, however they were closed. The Yarn Shoppe turns out to have lots of the local yarns you would commonly find. Their hours are convenient and open on the weekends. Ask about the potatoes.

Amazing shop, I felt like a kid in a candy store! Everything you could want yarn related, including specialty needles, high end yarn, local yarn, and an amazing full set of DMC threads. This shop is dangerous, beware ?

Great selection, lots of canadian-made yarns and other hand-painted and hand-spun yarns. A bit pricey, but that's to be expected.
