Hey, I'm not sure if you are going to read this review or not, all foods from your factory smells so good, and I really like it. As leave in next few houses. The thing is, since last few months, there are big lights installed on the backside of the factory, which directly face my room at night, it wasn't there before. I guess 2 or 3 big lights. It's a humble request to keep them off at night please. You guys can keep small lights on, but these newly installed ones are powerful and affects my sleep. No other issues. It's just a request through. Hope you understand. Thanks.😇

Delicious very large crossaints here 12 for $6.15 on the uber app, you can buy them baked or unbaked. I also enjoy the turnovers 6 in the box various flavours depends on what they are baking $5.20. Order early if you want the danish as it sells out fast.
Great value here and superior quality products. Apparently you can order a larger selection if you go into the bakery as they have more priducts not on the uber app. It's only open during the weekdays but very worth a visit.
If you have a large family the 12 crossaints would be great for school lunches with cheese or meats.

For delivery truckers , they have locked gate at entrance and if u have appointment at 7am,don't come even 1 min before or ur blocking their car parking. Unloading was quick.

I am writing this follow-up review to shed further light on the unacceptable treatment and gross mismanagement at Tradition Fine Foods Ltd, located at 63 Warden Avenue. My previous concerns about racism, discrimination, and unprofessional practices remain unresolved, and my recent experiences further expose the company's lack of integrity and fairness.

Unfair Termination Without Cause
On September 20, 2024, I was abruptly terminated without cause despite successfully completing my probation period. To date, HR has failed to provide any formal documentation regarding my dismissal, including a Record of Employment (ROE), which is essential for financial and employment continuity. Additionally, I have not received all final payments owed to me. This failure to meet basic legal obligations is both unprofessional and a direct violation of Canadian labor laws.

A Pattern of Discrimination
During my time at the company, I experienced discriminatory practices, particularly targeting employees of African descent. This behavior created a hostile work environment and demonstrated a lack of commitment to diversity and equality. The company's leadership has shown no effort to address these serious issues, further validating concerns about systemic discrimination.

Call to Action
I strongly advise potential employees, especially those from marginalized groups, to carefully consider other opportunities before applying to this company. The toxic workplace culture, coupled with discriminatory practices and a lack of accountability, makes it an unsuitable choice for anyone seeking fair treatment and professional growth.

To the Ministry of Labour, I strongly recommend a thorough investigation into Tradition Fine Foods Ltd. The company’s failure to meet its legal obligations for terminated employees and its discriminatory practices require immediate attention.

For deliveries:
Appointment only, if you come late on your appointment it can takes you 2-3 hrs to take you.
They very busy and don't care that you came from the USA with LTL (just couple skids to drop off) and been late because of traffic on the border. So sad that anogher deliveries need to finish on next day.
