Sold us a skid steer with 380 hours.. seemed like a great deal until the undercarriage started going and we learned it had 5500 hours on it. Wouldn't do anything to rectify the problem and were extremely hostile when we reached out. Terrible product, Terrible customer service. This change in the hour meter, and lying about the inspection, cost us over $20 000. They blocked me from their Facebook page to try to hide my review. They won't reply to my emails. Wish we had read a review like this before we spent good money there!

Update: since I wrote this review, Rob Waldhoff emailed me wanting to rectify the situation, asking me for the bill of sale and serial number. I immediately provided all the information he asked for, and never heard from him again. As well, he has now blocked my e-mail to prevent further follow ups.

Bob was great in terms of communication and interaction. Unfortunately, the attachment we rented (an angel broom) was not set-up properly. It turned backwards and turned too slow to even use. It also had no angel piston so it was in a fixed position. Not sure why anyone would rent it with those three items just listed. Completely backwards. Was told someone would reach out about the $360 rental fee, but haven't heard from anyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE CROOKS!!!
I would not ever suggested this place to anyone.
I bought a used skid steer from them with 480hrs with aftermarket bolt on track system. After the first couple days the tracks started to fall apart so I ended up having to buy tires converting it back to a wheeled machine. Then about a month later I noticed a hydraulic leak and a thud from under the cab. I opened the cab to find all the bolts that hold the right side drive motor loose and a couple of the factory Bolt sleeves missing and built up with a stack of washers. Then a few months later the rear seal started leaking. I ended up trading in the machine for a new one from a different dealership.
Not the greatest experience for a guy stating off a new business.

Great experience! Had another rental shop not fulfill their reservation with me last minute and tractor ranch came through even bringing in a machine for me from sherwood park! Will definitely be going back anytime I need to rent equipment.

These guys rented me a skid steer over the weekend. Got loads of work done and they gave me the best deal around. Lots of people to rent from in the area but I'm coming here!

Junk! Totally unsafe. Husband rented a JLG and basically ended up stuck. Said the outriggers creeped down, throwing the machine off level so not allowing the basket to come down. He said typically if this case happens there should be a safety equipment with the machine to let the person come down manually but this one didn't have that either. On top of that we still paid the full rental.
