My outdoor patio furniture has never looked better! If you need any type of tailoring work or sewing work done, you absolutely want to come here! I have never met a more friendly person who also works within your price range, in a fair and honest way. He helped me with recommendations on where to source the materials that I needed for reupholstering my outdoor patio furniture (previously all bright red pillows), and he also completed hemming details on five pairs of pants (which were various different materials, including corduroy, denim, and dress pant material). His communication and attention to detail is outstanding, and he is so warm and friendly. There is a single change room inside the shop in order to try on the garments, and there is also street parking out front of the shop. If you are looking for exceptional craftsmanship AND looking to support a small business, I cannot recommend him enough! You will not be disappointed, and you will definitely be returning with all of your tailoring needs!

I had the most amazing experience getting my down coat altered. I have been searching for a good tailor for such a long time and my search is over. Reasonably priced. Did a exceptional job of shortening sleeves. It does not even look like they have been altered. Professional work. Nice little shop. Easy location to find with parking right in front of store

Ramsey was INCREDIBLE! I got my wedding outfit 2 days ! before I needed to wear it and he was able to make both the top and bottom pieces fit me perfectly! And was able to get the rush job done overnight! Haha don’t intentionally put him through that - but his work was phenomenal, his prices were very standard for the industry (if not a little cheaper than a big business). And he even gave me a coupon for my next visit. 100% would recommend.

Touch Stitch has been my trusted place to go since moving to Kitchener earlier this year. They never disappoint with their service. I was most pleased to have trusted them with the cleaning of my wedding dress (which had some pretty tough stains on the train) and getting back a dress that looked brand new!

It's a bit easy to miss this shop, but the service is top-notch. As soon as you enter the place, the ambience just seems legit. Touch Stitch expertly repaired a rip in a much-loved and delicate leather jacket. When we dropped off the jacket, they communicated an expected wait time and cost. When we picked it up, they showed us how they fixed it and gave advice on how to prevent further stresses on the repaired area. Overall, a great experience. We'd not hesitate to return for any other leather repairs in the future.

I recently had a very positive experience with Touch Stitch, when they were their dry cleaning services were able to remove a stain from my daughter's prom dress and return it in a short period of time. My in laws bought me a beautiful dress that was handcrafted by tailors and took many hours of hand made work. Although when it arrived to me it was very big. I was sad as I wanted to wear this beautiful dress for an event. My in laws told me only a very experienced tailor can fix this. I am happy I went to Ramzy. He somehow fixed the length without taking off any work, and made the dress so beautifully fitted. He is very talented and careful. 10/10

They are miracle workers here, I purchased my wedding dress online and they made so many alterations for me since the dress was too big and had no shape, I also lost weight right before the wedding. They were so patient and worked so hard so that my dress was perfect for my wedding day. Extremely good pricing for a wedding dress (as you know wedding alterations are expensive) they factored in every detail so my dress would fit perfectly. They made sure I could sit, dance and be comfortable in the dress as well as made sure it fit with my heels. The before and after pictures are amazing. Highly recommend taking your wedding dress and any other items here-they know what they’re doing. Thank you again!
