Nightmare! We will never order from them again. They cancelled part of my order and i fought with them from Jan 2023 to March 26th 2023. Broken promises never a refund! I had no choice but to chargeback on the banks end. I have emails stating they will refund no action taken over 3months!!! OH BOY!!!! Let the charge back hit their account and I have been emailed and called everyday by staff. Apparently they only except money NEVER Return it. DO NOT SHOP HERE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen.
They reply to your quote requests properly and in time, but if you ask them to do more than shipping stock products, such as ask technical questions or ask for steady supplies, updates on certain orders and the like, the quality of their customer service will suddenly get awfully bad.

There are a few contact persons who always reply to your email, but they basically do not know anything about the production. And their production team will never respond to your technical questions. However important or urgent the order is for you, they seem to not care about it at all.

There are a few products we have ordered a long time ago that still haven't been delivered. We have tried to contact them to receive any update. But there is no update on the synthesis, no information, and worst of all they started to ignore my email. All they are doing is just keep on extending the lead time with no other details, as if they are just waiting for us to cancel the order entirely.

It is impossible to reach to them and have a proper communication. They are the worst.

TERRIBLE.
It is challenging to discern whether this is actually a company or just someone on a phone in their kitchen that farms out chemical synthesis.
ZERO customer service.
TRC had not started a custom order after 4 months. Upon being contacted they claimed they hadn't started because I had not filled out a form, that THEY DID NOT send me. There was no follow up from them regarding the form.
Avoid at all costs. Smells like a scam to me.

Horrible experience. I originally placed my order on April 27th, and was told it would ship out May 10th. May 12th comes around with no update. They tell me I have to fill out a new customer form, which was not mentioned anywhere on the website or the emails of my order confirmation, otherwise I would have completed it during my shipping wait time. I did this, after a week I got my invoice, then saw they charged me international shipping, when I am located locally. I have sent many emails and placed multiple phone calls to try and fix this. I still have not received my product and have had radio silence on my order since. I have had to try to get a refund via the credit card company because I have not received my order and it has been months with zero contact. Do not recommend as it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a supplier.

UPDATE: They tried to invoice me again with no other response to my previous emails. They changed my order date to July and still were charging me for international shipping costs. I eventually was able to get them to refund me so I will see if that goes through.

Update: They finally got back to me after I had placed an order. they stated that the product was now backordered and I would have to pay $800 for a whole new batch (250mg) if i wanted 1mg. This company screams of bait and switch. Please beware

Just echoing what every other review said. No order confirmation, shipping estimations, lead times. No response from phone calls, voicemails, webpage information submission, or emails after I placed an order. Which I think went through, but who could know? The particular item we needed was orders of magnitude more affordable than competitors and now I see why. It's 2022, we've all been through the same pandemic.

This company is impossible to get in contact with and did not ship items correctly. For over a month after I ordered an item, I was unable to get in contact with them via phone or email. After many emails, I was provided with a tracking number which showed that the item had been shipped to my university a month prior, but had only included the generic university address with not information specifying which specific building or lab the item was supposed to be delivered to. The shipping dock was forced to return the item to sender because I work at an institution with hundreds of labs and it would be impossible to identify where the item should go. I lost a month and a half waiting for this shipment, and then ended up spending slightly more to order from Sigma and received the item within a a few days. Order from another company if at all possible!
