I had a amazing experience there maxiam and Amir are great staff that went above and beyond for me making sure everything fits nice on me and with my orders that come in i ordered from them before and bought my suits there everyone love it I went back again they are always positive they can put a smile on your face please look up them they never disappoint me pretty friendly outgoing I’m definitely coming back there big thanks to you both

I bought a 3-pc suit a few days ago, along with a couple of shirts and some ties, and honestly it's the nicest suit I've ever worn—comfortable, fits perfectly, looks amazing. And my salesperson, I think it was Najuk, was absolutely terrific as well. Just overall a very pleasant experience, couldn't be happier.

Amending my previous 2 star review, today I had my best experience in this store. Staff was friendly, polite and HELPFUL. The lady who assisted us today was lovely. Great service. Great sale today. Very well done ?

A 10% discount was offered if you signed up on your phone. My husband signed up and purchased a suit, shirt and tie. I also signed up, as the suit size I needed for my father was not available in store. The clerk said she could order it and have it sent to us as we live 4 hours away. I asked her if she took the 10% off and she said she did and said the receipt would be emailed. When I got home I was surprised to see the receipt did not have the 10% off. I called the store and was told that the boss was not in yet and that she would call me back. I did not receive a call back, so I called again and was then told that I had to come back into the store with my credit card to get the 10% credit that should have been applied during checkout. I said I lived 4 hours away and the drive would not be worth it. I was then told that I could get 10% off my next purchase the next time I came into the store. It's not like we purchase suits everyday, so that is a waste. I will look for a different store the next time we need dress clothes.

We went in last minute and in a panic looking for a dress shirt for my son for his Provincial's Hockey Banquet. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. They found a few options to go with his suit jacket and pants, that were within our budget, fit my son's petite frame and aligned with my son's style.

The staff was extremely patient with us while my son tried on the different dress shirts with his suit jacket, pants and bow tie and even provided us with their opinion and suggestions when asked.

Overall, the staff went the extra mile to ensure my son found the perfect dress shirt and walked away as one happy customer.

We had an excellent experience with Mavi at the Prince George Pine Centre location. She was courteous, helpful, and attentive; and went above and beyond to find us a perfect solution to a perplexing problem.

We had to buy a specific pair of dress pants for a wedding ensemble, but they were in a very in-demand shade. All of their stock in the appropriate colour was sold-out in my husband’s size, but Mavi was amazing. She worked super hard to find us a solution (a larger pair that could be altered down to fit), and even managed to do so in a way that would fit our tight timeframe.

She not only managed to meet our needs superbly, but she also managed to do so while being the only staff member in the store, and stayed late to make sure that all her clients were happy.

I had an incredible experience at Tip Top Prince George when purchasing a suit recently. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. So happy I chose this store and couldn’t be more thrilled with my new suit, shirt and tie!! I would highly recommend and would give more stars if I could.
