I am writing this review to express how happy I am with the awesome staff and the PPE face shields at Tinkerine. I have been wearing masks to see my hard-of-hearing clients since the beginning of the pandemic. The mask can be very difficult for those with hearing loss who rely on lip reading. They can also be somewhat intimidating when you meet someone for the first time and half of your face is covered. I decided I wanted to add face shields to my PPE and came across the Tinkerine site. I really wanted to buy local but I was also in a hurry as I was filming a safety video in a few days and was hoping to wear one in the video. Vivian was so wonderful replying to my emails and answering my questions so quickly. I knew right away the service was awesome. Tinkerine went above and beyond by making sure I had the masks in time (thank you Chris). I plan to be a walking billboard for them and let all the retirement homes know where I bought these. In addition to the great service I actually wore a face shield today and it was really comfortable and it didn't fog! I highly recommend these! Thank you!

The Tinkerine team is patient and knowledgable, and I would highly recommend their 3D printers for educational or home use. I cannot say enough about how attentive Eugene, Vivian, Terrence and Andy have been in helping teach and troubleshoot using and maintaining the machine used at my work site. Their genuine interest in my situation and authentic kindness cannot be matched. Such service is unheard of and to be commended.
