Recently had issue with no heat from furnace (of course during cold spell). Brittany was so friendly and genuine. Walked through a mittful of questions to try and assist before sending out for repairs. Gary was there almost immediately and quickly discovered giant wasp nest inside ducting that was blocking furnace… thankfully we are warm, nest was removed and no injuries.

5 star service from start to finish, I have no hesitation recommending Tin Craft for any of your HVAC needs. They replaced our old furnace and hot water tank in our home with very little space to work in. Pricing was very reasonable and communication was excellent (for quote, scheduling work, and availability for follow-up questions) - very professional quality work. They kept me informed as the work was being conducted, and made my comfort and understanding of the process a clear priority. They were also very helpful with applying for the Fortis rebate.

3 days before Christmas I woke up to a dead furnace. One call to Tin Craft and in minutes they had identified the crossover part, sourced and located it.
