We had an incredible experience working with TTR. From the start, Kevin came in and was confident in the work his team could do. Worked with us through design and what made most sense for the space. (A full basement renovation)

Next we met the team who would be taking care of us. Marco as the PM on the project was extremely communicative and let us know what to expect each step of the way.

Walter and his crew were some of the hardest working people. They showed up everyday like clockwork at 7am and hit the ground running and throughout the process, they would identify any issues we might encounter and fixed them. No charge. Just make it right and did right by us.

Everyday the site was cleaned up. They treated our home like it was their own.

Would highly recommend using TTR and we will absolutely be engaging with them on the next project we have.

My wife and I found the Time to Renovate booth at the CNE Exhibition in Toronto. (we had already been in contact with other options for consultations and costs, but hadn't moved forward). We immediately found the TTR process was very clear, organized and streamlined, including the in-person discussions and direct communication with the team: Kevin (consultant), Katarina (designer), Cesar (contractor) and Marco (project manager). We felt confident moving ahead with the renovation of our kitchen. The design, selection of materials and approval was collaborative and smooth. We leveraged their expertise and guidance for maximizing easily-accessible storage space (our primary objective) as part of this overhaul, and used their RONA partnership for appliance discounts. The complete kitchen demolition to renovation completion was 7-10 business days. It was a pleasure working with each member of the team, and a special thanks to Cesar for his amazing work. The final results were amazing and we're thankful for the team. From the initial consult, surprise cookies gift in mail, to the final review, topped by another surprise mail package of cookies, the team was very attentive to details and ensured that the project was completed ahead of their promised timelines. I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their hard work, understanding, accommodation, and diligence in doing the best that they can.

I tried my best to not be a ‘Karen’ over anything, though there were a few things that popped up I was kind of fickle about. Hopefully I wasn’t too difficult over them and that I may be worst you will have had to endure going forward 😀.

I especially want to thank all of you over this Friday, both because of the extra effort and consideration to get it finished for the weekend. I truly do appreciate that. I was resigned that it takes as long as it takes as long as it’s done right. That you did. Also due to an episode my mother had. I was just surprised it took so long before it happened as we were expecting worse sooner. It all ended well and if you would like to mention it and the result to other customers whom might have similar concerns, I have no reservations about that.

There is lots more that needs doing around my house, and in time anything I can’t tackle myself (or don’t want/too lazy to), you will be the first I reach out to.
