We went in looking for something we weren’t sure existed. The first staff member directed us to an area to start - when we couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, he told us there was nothing there to meet our needs. He was extremely dismissive and rude when we asked about alternatives and I was ready to leave. My partner was determined to find something - as he looked around a young lady asked if should could help. After listening quickly to what we were trying to do she went to the back and brought back a perfect solution! Big shoutout to her - thank you for taking the time to listen and brain storm with us! Our tiny Christmas tree fits perfectly in the tree stand and the solution you came up with is even better than what we originally wanted!

Needed a nail gun repaired, was told they need to send to Toronto. I wanted to know was how much it cost to send it out, was there a minimum charge, but didn’t get that far before he cut me off with his scuff laugh after we asked
how much…he then cut us off and said I wouldn’t know until they take it all apart. The laugh and snarky attitude was just ignorant, wouldn’t let you ask a question, just cut you off with his rudeness. I left, went to McEachern’s, they took the time to ask questions, looked at the gun and ordered me a $50 part and was helpful and kind. Go elsewhere if you want quality service.

I have been in the repair industry all my life and need fasteners of all kinds. Screws, wood, metal, and concrete, attachments, and tools. They supply an abyss of selections and have knowledgeable staff to assist with your purchase. On a few occasions, I only needed a handful of screws and bolts and I would have staff escort me around showing me the selections and providing me with an array of solutions.. Above anything else, honesty! If they believe they can't provide you the best deal, they will point you in the direction to get you the best deal. In closing, I believe the staff and owners of TBF are dedicated to providing knowledgeable information, efficient service, competitive pricing, truthful transactions with sincere integrity to help the customer. This is certainly a business I endorse.

They're always excited to help the average person too, and aren't just out for bulk/commercial orders. If you need that one random bolt they'll find it for you. They're truly dedicated to helping the customer and making sure you're happy.

My go to local place to buy bulk screws, nuts, bolts etc. They also have a good selection of cutting tools like drill bits and saw blades. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are usually the best in town.
