A very bad experience. I took a jacket to the lady and asked her to shorten it. After about 10 days, I returned to receive it. Unfortunately, she don’t even touch the sleeves, and she is trying to convince me that she did. In addition, she charged me about 60$ and she was rude. She said if you don’t like it, go to another tailor. I don’t recommended this place at all.

I took my snow pants in with a broken zipper & few small rips, they had them fixed within 10 mins. The service is amazing & affordable. I will definitely be going back.

Me and my husband both had bad experiences at this shop. Gave owner bridesmaid dress and his suit for tailoring..she didn't want us to try anything on which we insisted and did anyway. Gave her plenty if time to do the minimal work and did not hear back from her the week before the wedding. Had to call and see if anything was done, husbands shirt was not done right, and the issue with my dress was not fixed. She was rude when we picked up our stuff and only accepts cash which is very strange. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

I had a great experience here. I had a large seam rip in my only winter jacket. I left a message inquiring if they could mend it and if i could bring it in soon etc. They got back to me promptly and were friendly and very forthcoming with approximate cost, and time it would take. I took my jacket in, explained it was my only winter jacket and that I hoped I could have it in a week and they had it done the next day!! It was fast and friendly and very affordable. You can't even tell i had ripped it. Just a side note it is CASH ONLY. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly and honest staff! Went here for suit alterations for a jacket I had just bought at Moore’s that they weren’t able to tailor in time for an event I was going to. Moore’s recommended I shorten the sleeves. The lady at the shop told me the sleeves looked fine and the jacket fit well, so there was no need to alter it. I like the sleeves a little longer, so I agreed with her assessment. She then steamed the jacket for me for free! I would definitely recommend this place.
