Very pleased with the sewing machine repair service. My machine is sewing better than it has in years after a tune up by Glen. Thank you! Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was so happy with the service, I took in my second machine for a tune up! It was ready before the time promised. Can't help but be impressed by that! 😊👍

I am very impressed with this store and especially with the lady who helped me. I was there yesterday because my presser foot came off and I couldn’t get it back on. She put it back on and showed me several other things that make sewing much easier She was very pleasant - answering all my questions I’m sorry I didn’t get her name I recommend this store to everyone. Such good service

I do not recommend their scissors sharpening. I took a pair of sewing shears, and a smaller pair of embroidery scissors to be sharpened, and both of them were duller afterwards than when I took them in. When I looked at the blades closely, the beveled edge had been ground flat. I took them elsewhere to be resharpened.

Thanks for your response Kathy, but as I mentioned, I have already had them resharpened elsewhere, and they are now fine. I have had both pairs of scissors sharpened in the past with no problem. All I can say is these were not tested after you sharpened them because when I tried using the sewing shears to cut cloth a few days after they were sharpened at your store, they kept stopping halfway through the motion of cutting. And the embroidery scissors felt like they were gnawing, rather than cutting the yarn.

Friendly staff and great technical service. I have had my sewing machines, of all ages, serviced here. They have a good store for parts and accessories as well as new machines for sale. They even carry fabric!

I have always gotten excellent service. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. If they cant help they get their tech and he is very knowledgeable and if they dont have the answer off top of head they will do the work and find out for you.
