From the minute I walked into the store until I left a Happy customer I was so pleased with the attention and help I was given .The ladies all are very pleasant and willing to help. I had an idea of what I wanted for my quilt , being a inexperienced quilter yet an experienced sewer. The ladies (sorry I didn't get names) , but all were so helpful and genuinely cared that I got just what I was hoping for. Thank you some much ,I will return with the quilt as requested by some of those ladies once it is done. Also the store was organized and had a fantastic amount of fabric, patterns and accessories etc. Can't say enough how impressed I was.❤?

I have to say that it has been my experience that the staff at your store, in particular, Ann Marie, absolutely go above and beyond. I called the store to enquire about a table runner pattern and if a specific fabric was available in the store. I received excellent help! They even checked for fabric while I remained on the phone - TWICE! Thanks very much for the incredible service and the expeditious mailing of my order. I received it two days sooner than anticipated. When you live a distance away, it's so nice to be treated like I was in the store talking to them in person.

Shout out to the wonderful ladies at The Quilt Store (Newmarket)...specifically, Clodagh and Tamara. I am fairly new at quilting, and needed help choosing suitable complimentary fabric for a couple of projects I was planning. Because I live 5 hours away, I can't just drop into the store to choose fabrics myself. They have bent over backwards (through emails, phone calls, and photos) to ensure my complete satisfaction with the fabrics/patterns they suggested. I can't thank them enough for their assistance, their patience, and their encouragement. So...don't let distance discourage you from shopping at this truly wonderful quilt shop. Amazing store!!! They helped me find the right fabric and also embroider a smiley face to help repair an organic lovey for my kid. I was at my wits end figuring out how to repair the beloved toy, and finally figured it out thanks to this shop. Also impressive that they combine an heritage skill (quilting) with modern tech (online shopping, modern sewing / quilting machines etc). Very neat

I recently moved to Newmarket and I’m very happy to have access to such a great quilting store in the community. The staff have been friendly and helpful when I’ve needed assistance with my purchases. Anne-Marie recently long-arm quilted a Christmas quilt for me, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out. The pricing was competitive and the turn around time was impressive. I haven’t needed to purchase any fabric since moving, but the fabric selection appears to be very thoughtfully curated.

I am so impressed with this store! I placed an order on Friday, February 17 and it was in the mail to me that same day. I received the order on Monday, February 20. The fabric is beautiful and the service is beyond excellent. The Quilt Store has a new customer. What more can I say?
