We couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience in your store today including finding a Richard Walsh walking pole. Jacob went above and beyond by packaging it for protection as it had to be checked baggage on our flight back to Calgary. Amazing customer service.

This location is equally as good as the Topsail Road location. The layout of the store feels rugged, but in a very appreciable way for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and shopping for that next piece of gear. As I have shifted towards more hiking, I was pleasantly surprised to see such a wealth of environmentally conscious brands like Patagonia, Cotopaxi, and Fjällräven!

I have had my Abisko 35 hiking pack for less than two weeks and already know I won't need anything else. So, the fact we get amazing products sold right here to support local stores is a great way to buy. I also enjoy the hidden gems you can find here! I have been dabbling with a few different flashlight/power bank combinations, and as a fan of all things Celestron, it was nice to find a TrekCel 2200 (I don't even think they are on the market anymore).

With regard to ordering online, the time it takes for an email to come through with ready for pickup status is practically nil. I really appreciate how quick the staff is to prepare an order, and I certainly appreciate their assistance in all they do. The website itself is very easy to navigate, subsections are nice, and the variety runs deep without sacrificing brands that offer quality and durability.

This has easily become one of my favorite outdoor shops to visit in-person, and browse online!

I ordered a jacket from their website ,that was sold out everywhere else, this store was the only store that still had it in stock. I called the store to ask a few questions and the employee was respectful and polite. I would definitely order again, great finds for past season or sold out, hard to find outdoor apparel.

Where do I begin! The outfitters, adventure gear and apparel has definitely the best costumer service I have ever encountered in my life. I bought two headlamp batteries off of Amazon which got lost and Amazon couldn't do anything about it. I contacted the seller which was this store and got a swift response from Don who made a new customer (myself) a lifelong customer. Without a question he sent me two batteries at the stores expense which may not seem like much but it certainly made me feel like a part of their community. I will recommend this store to anyone looking first adventure gear and apparel in the future.
