Both manager and male employee are so helpful. The manager had to come in after her shift to complete my phone connection, she was helpful and happy even though she has to bring in her little ones!! A+!!! The manager had helped me about a week before that with another phone plan. She is awesome!

Went there to get a pre paid phone plan and the person that set up my Sim had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I have been 5 days without phone service. I would not recomend this place to anyone. It has been a full 7 days now and still no phone . Worst place ever.

Very slow an unprofessional. Took personal phone calls and wasted my time while I had my two small children with me. No exaggeration whatsoever, it took 4 hours to complete a phone transaction. That's unacceptable.
