The sales person I spoke to by phone was surprisingly rude and refused to clarify whether they sold a particular product because I wasn't a licensed contractor. He said this policy was meant to protect contractors. When I clarified that I only wanted to know if the item was available, explained that I had no intention of purchasing it through Master Group, and asked how my inquiry could hurt contractors, he simply stated that he had to end the conversation.

Front counter staff gives sub-par customer service. Literally would be best to have an online catalog to order from like a self checkout, except just have the warehouse workers bring the item to you.

For years the counter staff has been rude. They don’t answer the phone, give you a hard time with everything and are not very knowledgeable. Go to any other wholesaler instead.
