Absolutely horrible. These people would not warrant a York Furnace motor and module even though Johnson Controls has proven this is covered under warranty. The reason? because i did not re register my name with them when i bought the house. How am i to know that? they wouldn't allow me to re register and cover the warranty, but they sure wanted to collect $100 to do the re registration. Even the repair company hates doing business with these crooks.

Master branch Kelowna have been getting most of my HVAC supplies and equipment there, they carry a good selection of stock.

Loved the customer service these guys provided. They welcomed me with open arms when I recently moved up to the Okanagan. As a new technician in a new environment it really means allot. I wished they were opened on the weekends though so I can purchase some tools!

I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS WHOLESALER!!! GO TO RSL OR WWG

I've ordered 100s of PTACS from WWG and RSL over the past years and decided to use Masters as a trail. The PTAC I ordered had a expected delivery of october 19th. It didn't arrive until january 27th! I get it COVID ext not that big of a deal!

BUT!!!

I went to go install the unit on Feb 1st and found out they ordered the wrong unit. I called them the following morning to ask for a cord swap but they refused! They then went on to tell me that every "NEW" unit from Friedrich comes with a 30amp cord and I would have to pay extra for a 20amp.

Now I've ordered many Friedrich PTACs from RSL and every single one comes with a 20amp plug. After 4 phone calls they refused to swap the plugs out even though its clearly a mistake on their end! I literally gave them a model serial to order this unit and their line was well you got a quote from us back in march for 5kw 30 amp units. How does a quote in march have anything to do with a order in september!!!!

WORST COSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD !!!

GO TO RSL OR WWG!!! THEY HAVE SIMILAR PRICING AND WAY WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
