I was fortunate enough to be invited to a catered dinner party by the Kilted Chef last night. Was a wonderful experience with a talented and personable chef that focused on Acadian culture and food. Each course was carefully selected and his rational for his menu choices were explained at every step of the way to really bring the experience and his intent to the forefront.

Throughout the night we were brought through three courses of food that heralded back to Acadian food staples from days gone by. All of the food was great, and the Kilted Chef was kilted and really made for a great engaging atmosphere.

While dinner went on the Chef was in the background being as inobtrusive as possible to not stifle the conversation at the dinner table. He even took care to wash up as quietly as he could to not distract.

Would absolutely recommend bringing the Kilted Chef in for your next event, or dinner party.

We've only had 1 of their spices so far, the Hot Under the Kilt but it is amazing. Can't wait to get some more. If that one spice is any indication of the rest of their things, they will be amazing to.
