Overall great experience, only issue with the “atmosphere” was it was super hot in the dining area.
Aside from that the food was delicious, I got the Bella burger with fries and wings. It was a very pleasant surprise to find out their wings are wing-drum-tip attached my personal favourite.
The sauce I got was honey hot and had a nice bit of heat with some sweet.
Onto the burger it looked to be maybe a home made patty it was juicy and had just a touch of pink in it still like a proper burger should. Great flavour the spicy salami and other accoutrements were all complimentary and overall made for a delicious burger.
The waitress was super nice and knowledgeable prompt with drinks refills and to make sure we enjoyed our meal.

It was delicious however it did say it was supposed to be a smoked cocktail and I didn’t really get that from it. Over all a worthwhile place to stop if your in the area

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at The Industry twice now with friends, and both experiences were nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout our visit.

The food was excellent on both occasions—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was well-prepared and perfectly seasoned, leaving us more than satisfied. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such a high standard of consistency, but The Industry delivers every time.

Beyond the great food and service, the overall vibe of the restaurant made for an enjoyable experience. It’s a spot that truly values its customers, and it shows in every aspect of their operation. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend The Industry to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience!

This place is a gem. The food was amazing. Very generous portions, especially for very reasonable prices! I had the nachos with pulled pork, and my wife had a pear and walnut salad as well as the poutine. The poutine is some of the best we’ve had. Our server, Skylar, was very sweet. She was attentive, friendly, and took time to share info on the area. The atmosphere is casual, hip, and fancy all at the same time. I’d definitely recommend this place if you are in Thunder Bay!

The service was good; we were seated promptly, and our food arrived in a timely manner.

The food was decent but not outstanding.

I started with the Arancini as an appetizer, and it was well prepared. I would recommend it. For my main course, I had the Greek salad and the Margherita Pizza.

The salad was really good, and you could taste all the different ingredients. I would 100% recommend it.

However, the pizza was disappointing. The sauce was bland and tasted like it came straight from a can of tomatoes without any seasoning.

I recently visited Industry for dinner and had a great experience. Although I had heard the place is usually busy on weekends, it was surprisingly quiet when I went, which made for a relaxing evening. The seafood fettuccine I ordered was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The server was fantastic, attentive, and really added to the overall positive experience.

The atmosphere is one of the highlights here. It has a laid-back, social vibe, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends while enjoying great food and drinks. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a chill yet lively dining experience!

First time here. Ordered poppers, arancini and a goat cheese dip. Food was all really average or below average. The goat cheese dip had a ridiculous amount of oil in it. The other apps were just really lacking flavour. The restaurant was super dim, table lights didn’t really help. Service was average even though it wasn’t busy. Wouldn’t go back.

Atmosphere is very cool! But lunch service was pretty slow and seemingly lazy. I had an overpriced Caprese salad and tasted basil once and had maybe 3 pieces of tomato. Overall “meh!”

Had dinner tonight, food was outstanding! Every reccomendation from our server Skye was just.... unbelievable. Great venue, friendly staff, absolutely going to return (if not just for the grilled pineapple daiquiri)
For real. Skye deserves to be our next Prime Minister.... or atleast needs a raise.
