We were impressed by the reviews and ordered cleaning service for our ductless A/C. My partner confirmed twice via email as well and they were scheduled to come 8-11am. They completely missed the window of time and instead arrived at 2:00pm.

So we were a bit frustrated at how late they were but still hoping to get good service given how highly the reviews were. The technician dispatched to us said he was unable to complete the services.

We have in writing what we asked for and confirmation from the company (happy to attach here as proof). What a huge waste of our time and also the technician (who was very friendly).

Just wanted to to say a few words about this company. When I hired them for the first time I was little hesitant because of the previous bad experience with other service provider. Thankfully I got this company contact from one of my old colleague at the community meet last year. I called them to book an appointment and it went through smoothly, the tech person arrived on time and he was able to go through all the essential check up. That itself was convinced me that I hired the right team. The tech diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time.

The second time when I called them for a minor repair; they recognised me and sent their technician right way. I was happy to receive such a response as it is very rare nowadays.

So far I hired this service plenty of times and I always had an excellent experience. They are prompt, reliable and very much responsive. Thank to the team hvac service and their management.

HVAC Service Solutions team members are always very nice and helpful!! Last year, our old furance didn't work suddenly. HVAC Service Solutions sales department & installation department worked closely & immediately... We got a new furnace that same day!! Stayed warm!! -15°C outside!! Recently, our furnace was not working, when I called HVAC in the morning, their technician came within 2 hours and found the problem, reported to the office, ordered the part, then replaced it. Our furnace back to normal and functioned well again. THANKS to HVAC all professional members, you all did great!! Keep it up 🙂

Nikhil attended in late Spring for regular maintenance, cleaning and service of our HVAC system. He caught a faulty compressor in our A/C and quickly dealt with and fixed the issue - which also solved a rather noisy A/C motor issue that was annoying for us. Both the regular maintenance and the A/C fix were well explained. I waited a couple of months to give a review to ensure the A/C fix was working after heavy loads and am pleased to report that it is. Very satisfied!
