The Brick was awesome to deal with, gave a great Black Friday deal on the Cory sleeper. Instructions to assemble we're vague and hard to put together, parts were missing but we're lucky the downtown hardware store was open late. Absolutely love the finished product, just what we needed.

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Price was good, and service and delivery was friendly and efficient. I have called a few times before to ask questions before making a purchase and customer service was always top notch. Special mention to Raelynn for the friendly service while helping me on the phone with all the details of my final purchase and details of delivery. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a new queen mattress from the Ponoka store. Raelynn greeted & assisted me from walk in to pickup. Was friendly and knowledgeable, thoroughly walked me through options and even give me a hand with carrying out to the truck!

Service was excellent, However, the rep accidentally had a typo ( not her fault). but tge credit card company dinged my credit twice lowering my limit. Wasn't super happy with flexity, but store service was great.

The Store Manager Raelynn Whitehead was AMAZING! She was so helpful and kind. Very kid friendly. She helped my family find exactly what we were looking for! 😊 - if you could compare her selling furniture and appliances , to a chef, that meal would SLAP - meaning shes thee best! 🙌
